Description

The Hoima refinery in Uganda will process crude from the nearby fields of the Lake Albert Basin. Despite early plans for the Hoima facility proposed capacity between 20,000-200,000 bpd, with 30,000bpd decided in 2016, rising to a target of 60,000bpd.
